Install went better than expected. The most challenging part is figuring out how to release the fasteners to remove the back panel and for the electrical connections. Other than that the install is easy.
Customer service was fantastic! I received several emails from William S about my order and enjoyed the personal touch. Fast shipping. I watched the videos before buying, so I had a good idea of what to expect. So glad I bought the wiring harness and circuit tester with the hitch- made things much easier. From start to finish was 3 hours. Would have been a little less, but figuring out how/where to run the hot lead gave us a bit of trouble on our end. The videos were extremely helpful!
Amazing product, install video is just easy to follow. Did everything solo. I would say that the 2 forward exhaust mounting bolt doesn’t need to be removed. Minor detail.

The easiest install I have ever done! The video walkthrough for the specific car made the process so easy. I did not have to drop the exhaust, and took me about 3 hours (with a stop to the store). I used very basic tools, but you will need a torque wrench.
I decided to have it professionally installed. I’m over 80 & could afford to do so. That, coupled with not having the time to do it myself!
Got here quickly, was as described. Instructions were clear. This was a little more involved of an install from previous hitches I have put on, but was easy with instructions provided.

The hitch works perfectly and is 5 starts by itself. Removed a stat because it was supposed to come with 6 mounting bolts. Instead i got 5 bolts and a bolt blank that didn’t have any threads cut into it. Apparently quality control was on a break at that time. Otherwise the hitch is great.
This hitch installed without any issues on a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland Limited L. It did say an 18" diameter spare tire or smaller was required, but the 20" diameter spare fit with about a 1/4" clearance. Removal of rear bumper on the Grand Cherokee Overland Limited L is fairly quick and is only 8 bolts per side. BE SURE to remove taillights first or you will chip the lower corners of the plastic light assembly. It is only one torx head for the taillight and a small plastic bezel which is simple to remove. The actual hitch install part took 5 minutes as the carriage bolts can be pushed through the frame if you have small hands. A ratcheting closed end 3/4" hand wrench helps on the two side bolts while the bottom bolt can be tightened with a 1/2" drive ratchet with a small extension and a short 3/4" socket.

Instructions are easy to follow. -1 star just because I couldn't use OEM bolts and had to use attached. I don't understand the reason why.

If the manufacturer puts in new hardware in a hitch receiver kit, it is always best to use it because that is the hardware that they have tested their product with. They know that you should be able to torque the half inch hardware to 110 ft lbs and the 5 sixteenths hardware to 178 in lbs.
About 5 hours including the wiring harness. Car was not pre-wired for hitch. Systematic and straightforward if this is the type of work you like.
Not too difficult of an install solo. I simply took my time. Fits as it should. I love the fact that I can keep the hitch covered when not in use.
Hitch fit great, installation was simple. Love the fact completely hidden when not in use.
Arrived on time. Instructions made installation a breeze. Product fit as expected behind factory bumper cover.
Very happy with the Purchase. Item fits perfect and works exactly as intended. Good solid product. One word of caution (that doesn’t even really pertain to the product itself, but rather the model vehicle I installed it on) in the past I have always installed these after market hitches myself, bolting from below. this one however was installed on a 2023 jeep grand Cherokee and required the entire rear bumper to be removed, and required multiple sensors to be recalibrated after reinstallation of the back Panels. So I had to pay a body shop to install this one for me.. cost roughly $250 . Just an fyi If you have a newer vehicle. Product itself however is great.

great directions-took an hour and a half total-suprising how fast I had back bumper assembly off- and popped right back in!-no damage, no scratches-easy peasey!
I installed the hitch and rear wire harness, I still need to run the 12v supply. I am a retired technician that worked at the Chrysler Tech Center so I am very familiar with doing this type of work. The installation took 1 1/2 hours and had no issues, the hitch and harness are excellent quality and fit perfectly. It is a lot easier to install the wiring with the facia removed. I guess that if I had to complain, they should have a place to screw the wiring module and ground on the hitch itself. The delivery was fast and free and much cheaper than the dealership, I would highly recommend them. Thanks etrailer!

I am happy to read that you are pleased with your purchase! You could try looping the rubber cap through the safety chain loop, or you might like part # 306-X6019 which is a magnetic bracket that you could put on the side of the receiver tube.

Accurate installation instructions for 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee and it looks great!
Like most projects, it’s always easier if you have the right tools. I did not. I could not loosen the bolts on the existing frame for the life of me. Bought an impact wrench and that did the trick.
Regarding the hitch, video instructions were easy to follow and the whole thing took a little more than an hour (once I had the tools). Great product.
Hitch did not mount as described in video. Had to pay extra for shop having to fish for bolts unlike factory hitch. However, after installation hitch works well.
