Question:

I have a 2021 Grand Cherokee L with the trailer tow prep group package. Can you advise which wiring kit I should buy?

The wiring you'll need for your 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L will be the T-One # TK39VR for the standard trailer light functions as well as the Universal Wiring Kit # ETBC7 if you also need a fully functioning 7-Way (like to tow a trailer with brakes). The steps needed to install these won't be much different than the Mopar harness as the towing group package just looked to be performance upgrades to your Jeep and didn't include the hitch or wiring.

If you don't already have a hitch I recommend checking out the Curt Trailer Hitch # C96NR.

Finally if you don't have a ball mount we've got you covered with the Curt Towing Starter Kit # C45534 which comes with the basics plus a locking hitch pin and a hitch cover.
