No problems, easy order, came on time and were exactly as described. I will use etrailer again in the future.
The trailer hitch that I bought from etrailer for my CRV are fine, good quality and I had no problem installing it. The major problem is now that the hitch is mounted there is very little room between the end of the mounting bolt/nut for the hitch and the top of the muffler. The exhaust system is rubber mounted and normally vibrates away on those rubber mounts. With less clearance it now vibrates against the mounting bolt for the trailer hitch and rattles like a machine gun on acceleration etc, and every bump in the road. This is not good, I need a fix.
Besides the Curt safety chain which measured 46 1/2" (not the original 48"), all the other products are good high quality products and match the descriptions.

Accurately described. Fast delivery. Best price I could find and the shipping costs were reasonable. Looks and feels like a high quality safety chain. While hooks do not have “keepers” they are large and heavy and I expect to have no problem with them. Very pleased with my purchase.

Working as expected. It has rusted some but that was expected as it’s use is around salt water 4 days a week. I am completely happy
