I received my hitch today and installed it on my 1992 Chevy Silverado with roll pan. My roll pan already had a cut-out behind the plate. Picked up my flip down plate holder online and everything worked great. Actual installation time was less than 20 minutes. Gives the truck a nice clean look!
I would give this product 5 out of 5 stars! The product itself is constructed of high quality metal, the welds are strong, and it has a clean finish. Installation was a breeze! It took me less then ten minutes to install. The package included all the hardware I needed, detailed directions, and an easy to read diagram. Lastly the customer service was outstanding. I called in with several questions and they were able to answer them immediately. They even helped me to place my order and make sure everything was correct for my truck. To top it off they even checked back in with me on the day of delivery to make sure that everything fit and was up to my expectations.
The hitch went on Like a glove within minutes and the spare tire also went back where it belonged now the seven way plug I just couldn’t do it so I took it to u haul had them install it I’m happy with my purchase 100 percent
One year post purchase of my hitch. I'm still highly satisfied with my hitch and with etrailer service. I highly recommend etrailer for your towing needs. I would take a picture but my hitch is a hide-a-way.

Installed the product in 20 minutes! Would have been faster if I didn't have to loosen my exhaust! Also installed the wire harness and flip up license plate.
