Have a 93 Silverado with a roll pan , theres hitch cut out in license plate area need a hitch to fit roll pan isnt on yet

For your 1993 Chevy Silverado that has a roll pan rear bumper we have the Curt Class III hitch part # 13942 as a confirmed fit that would work great. This does put the hitch opening behind the rear license plate like you mentioned as well. See attached picture.
