I reached out to my contact at Curt and for your 1991 Chevrolet C/K 1500 Stepside Pickup with a roll pan the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13942 should work but you will need to measure the width of your frame to confirm.
As long as your frame measures 34-3/4" wide the # 13942 will fit perfectly and will work perfectly with your roll pan.
