The Curt # 13942 has the following bolt hole to bolt hole measurements.
The bolt hole closest to engine and middle hole- 34-3/4" apart center on center.
The bolt hole closest to the rear of the truck- 34-1/8" apart center on center.
I've also linked an image with these dimensions.
