The SolidStep design connects directly to the ground, so there’s no bounce when you climb in or out. Each aluminum step platform measures 24" wide x 8-1/2" deep, with an extra-deep 13" top step for a natural stepping motion. Adjustable legs extend in 1" increments for a total of 13" of adjustment, keeping the steps level even on uneven terrain. With a 400-lb weight capacity, the rigid setup gives a steady, confident feel every time you use it.
The 8" drop/rise between steps feels like real stairs, making it easier for older users, kids, or pets to move safely. Each step has a textured, anti-slip surface with rubber strips that grip even in wet or muddy conditions. That traction and the deep top step reduce the chance of slipping when carrying gear or stepping in after rain.
When you’re ready to travel, the steps fold upright into the doorway and lock in place. Because they stow inside, they stay clean and protected from road grime and weather. In the stored position, they take up about 10-1/2" through the door threshold, leaving a compact footprint that keeps your entry clear and tidy.
The step platforms are made of rustproof aluminum for durability without extra weight, and the frame is powder-coated steel for corrosion resistance. The combination makes lifting and lowering nearly effortless while still feeling solid underfoot. A built-in kickplate guards your sidewall and skirt from scuffs and impact.
Designed for entry heights from 22" to 28", this 2-step assembly fits doorways 29"–36" wide. The adjustable bracket allows a secure connection across that full range, so you can match the steps precisely to your setup. The result is a snug, stable fit that makes getting in and out smoother and safer.

Put it on a cargo trailer. I had to take the. Plate to a machine shop and have it bent. Cost $[XX]. But worth it. Works great.
FAST ship. Steps should work with some alteration on my trailer door step. Whenever I need something for my trailer, I know to ck e-trailer first!
it’s okay, you have to constantly adjust highly of steps and/a trailer of the ground is soft or in winter. If it’s wet and you put it up water goes every where in the trailer
These adjustable, wide, and sturdy stairs were perfect for what we needed them for. Not for a camper, but to help get us up to the old house foundation from our new house addition for access to storage space, heating and electric box.
We keep receiving them damaged. The boxes are not traveling well, and the sides of the steps keep coming in dented and scratched up.

I'm sorry that happened Kelli, that's no good! I'll have our Customer Service folks reach out and get this corrected for you.
I have an EZ-Hauler cargo trailer that required extensive modifications in order for the door to close properly with the steps down. The installation instructions that came with the steps were almost worthless and there was no parts list. The company sure likes to make everything look easy on their sponsored installation videos. Plan on buying your own installation hardware because the stuff they send you is extremely cheap. The actual steps do appear to be solidly made so I'm hopeful they will last for awhile.
Great product. Built well and would last a long time. Just won't work on my cargo trailer door.
I just got it, but it is exactly what I needed. I will follow up after installation.

Really easy to install, fast delivery
Perfect for my cargo trailer conversion to camping/travel. After a few modifications to the door and threshold all works well. Being we are up there ln age, the step are very safe and sold with no worries of falling when used.Very good product and received in very good order!!!!
Once installed in our converted toy hauler cargo trailer, these stairs were the ideal way to get in and out through a side door. The steps feel secure, and we love how wide and deep they are. The stairs fold up and are stored inside the trailer's doorway. The release handle is simple, sturdy, and easy to use.

I really like the adjustable-height legs. They are helpful when leveling the trailer on slightly uneven ground.
