Will the LC191025 work on my 2026 Grand Design Transcend XPLOR 21RLX? I have standard scissor jacks with figure-8 feet.

They sure will TR and congrats on your new trailer! The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for Travel Trailers item # LC191025 will indeed work with the standard scissor jacks you have on your Grand Design. The included brackets will bolt the stabilizers directly to your frame without drilling.
The Jack Stabilizer Kit item # LC191025 uses six telescoping steel stabilizer tubes to connect your scissor jacks to your Grand Design's frame, which creates a strong bracing system. It'll take care of any shaking and moving around when you're camping.
I attached a couple of pictures below so you can see the stabilizers installed. I also linked an installation video we made on a 2021 Transcend XPLOR so you can see how to get them setup.
