Question:
My camper has the lippert ps2 electric jacks on it and I would like to order the JT Strongarm kit for it. I’m wondering if i can mount the rear bars to the factory hitch for bike rack on the back of the camper. I also wonder if I need anything special like different jack feet because it seems like the tubes will interfere with the yellow arms of the jacks. Thanks for your help!

In general we don't typically recommend drilling into hitches to attach items like the JT's Strong Arm part # LC191025 as it could possibly affect capacity but since this is commonly attached to crossmembers of the trailer frame or the rear square bumper I could see what you are wanting to do as a reasonable solution.
Since you have a Lippert electric stabilizer you would need to use the adapter kit part # LC314597 which was designed for the feet of your setup.
