The JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for Travel Trailers # LC191025 can be used with the Electric Stabilizer Jack Pad Adapter for JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kits - Qty 4 # LC314597 and each kit will work on two stabilizer jacks. I've attached a picture to further assist.
For your 4 jacks, you will need 2 kits.
