The single best upgrade I’ve done to our fifth wheel. Installation took a few hours in my driveway. We camp as a family of four with a dog. Someone sneezing used to shake our trailer - now the stability is greatly improved with almost no shake. Adds a few minutes to setup time - but absolutely worth it.

One year in - still the best upgrade weve done to our Fifth Wheel. Product has held up well - no rust or functional issues, and works as well as the day I installed it. All good!

Took about 3 hours and two beers to install. As far as the instruction sheet, pretty sure if they tried they couldn't make the instructions more confusing. I just watched a couple videos. Did not take out 100 % of the movement, still quite satisfied with results. Would recommend

  • Recommended Stabilizing Kit for Lippert Auto Leveling System on 2017 Keystone Sprinter 5th Wheel
The auto leveling system on your 2017 Keystone Sprinter is a Lippert auto leveling system, so the stabilizers that I recommend are the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit which are also by Lippert and confirmed to work. If you have more than 58 inches between your front landing gear legs, then you will want part # LC191023. If you have less than 58 inches, then you will want part # LC191024. You will also need the Adapter Lug, # LC314592, for the rear leveling legs.

  • Recommended 5th Wheel Landing Gear Stabilizers For Round Tube Landing Gear Legs
Hi Brian, The MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer # MR72AR mounting brackets require a square tube design in order to install so these braces won't be a fit for your round tube landing gears. Instead you'll need the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs w/ 58" or More Between Landing Gear # LC191023 or # LC191024 (Less Than 58" Between Landing Gear). In the video attached below Brad installed this system on a round tube system by using adapters # LC314592...

  • Stabilizers For Electric Automatic Landing Gear
While we do have an option for you, MORryde has told us the MORryde 5th Wheel Cross Brace Landing Gear Stabilizer # MR72AR should not be used with auto leveling landing gear. So what you would need instead, that is confirmed to work with your electric auto leveling landing gear, is an option from Lippert, the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit . The only thing you need to know for the right kit is the distance between the landing gear legs; you will also need an adapter for your electric...

  • Will Strong Arm 191025 Fit 5th Wheel
What you need depends on the distance between your front jacks. If it is 58" or more you would need parts from the 191023 kit and if it is less than 58" the 191024 kit. It looks like there are a lot of shared parts, although some of the additional parts don't have a link in the Lippert instructions which typically means they are not available separately. If you can let me know the measurement to determine the right kit I can reach out to Lippert and see if there is anyway to get them so...

Yes, the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191023 referenced in your question can be used with hydraulic round jacks like what you have on your 2018 Grand Design as long as you add the Hydraulic Jack Adapter Lugs # LC314592. These adapter lugs can be welded or bolted onto the foot pads of your landing gear to allow the JT's Strong Arm stabilizers to attach to the jacks. The difference between the MORryde Scissor Jack Cross Brace Stabilizer for Trailers and RVs # MR82AR, and the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit # LC191023 is while both limit side to side movement of your 30' travel trailer, only the JT will limit the front to back due it using 4 stabilizing arms on the front stabilizers. • Can I Install The JT's Strong Arm Stabilization Kit On A Hydraulic Auto Leveling System?
Tri Pods do give you a major boost in stabilization, but a system like the JT Strong Arm Stabilizer Kit # LC191025 will be much more stabilizing. Why? Well you are taking your current jack and adding two separate components, creating a larger spread compared to scissor jacks. Also creating two bigger triangles will result in more stabilization. So, the Strong Arm Jack Stabilization is the more stable route. If I were installing these arms, I would be using two of the adapter lugs # LC314592...

  • Will JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs Work with Extended Rear Brackets
I looked at the instructions for the JT's Strong Arm Jack Stabilizer Kit for 5th Wheel RVs part # LC191024 and they state to measure from the rear side of the electric jack leg 27-3/4” and place a mark on the bottom of the main rails. Therefore, so long as you have space on the frame in this location there should not be an issue with the extended bracket (as long as it's factory) as the mounts swivel. Once the trailer is leveled, simply tighten the t-handle to lock everything in place.
