The part was exactly what I required, the price beat the competition, the service was great and the shipping was on time. Exceeded my expectations. As for the step kit. With the very detailed instructions the old one came out and the new one was installed with no problems at all. I can't believe folks pay hundreds of dollars to have someone else do this. Highly recommend etrailer and this replacement kit.
