Replaces the control unit on your Kwikee powered RV entry steps. Unit wires steps to RV and works with motor (sold separately) to automatically extend and retract steps when the RV door is opened and shut. Fits step series 24 and 25.

This part was a perfect replacement for a failed step control. The step went in and out every time the RV door was opened, even though there was a bypass to leave the step out when the RV engine was off. This part fixed the problem.

Don’t have RV any more, so cannot say.
Awesome service - faster than Amazon.
This controller is not a plug and play replacement for the old style I had . The connection on the motor was different, and wires where backwards, and the mounting was off also. I was able to switch the connector and wires on motor and cut a little slow in the controller to make it work. So I am grateful for all the effort you and all the other advisors that help me. The one thing I will give y’all a a+on is the effort, and to me that means everything. Thanks for all y’all did.
Our product came sooner than expected and the customer service and video help was great, I recommend etrailer to all my friends and fellow campers, and we will come back again when we need anything else!

I use my Motorhome 6 to 8 months a year working at RV parks. I ordered the control unit for my steps from “etrailer.com”. I thought I ordered the correct one, but didn’t. I called etrailer and spoke with Vicki, sent her pictures of the defective controller and she found the one that I needed. It hasn’t failed to open or close. Thanks again Vicki.
