I have the model 32 kwikee series 290281 serial number. I ordered the LC379147 but this replacement does not have wires. This LC379147 looks like it plugs in, but the old motor has wires coming from the motor to attach to the steps .

I do have an option for you but if the motor is hardwired to the controller then that tells me you have a unit that was made before 1999 and in which case the Replacement Motor part # LC379147 won't work and you'll need the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps part # LC29VR.
