Step Upgrade For 903206000 Kwikee Series 32 Steps From 2003

Question:
Trying to find the correct replacement gearbox and motor for a 2003 Kwikee step (903206000). The replacement options seem to have a slightly different arm shape. Also, I believe the older units require a pigtail adapter of some sort. What all will I need in order to make the swap. Switch and controller are working. Help would be greatly appreciated thanks!

So we do have a solution here, but due to your 903206000 Kwikee Series 32 steps being made in 2003, there isn't a standalone gearbox and motor available, as Lippert (which is Kwikee) changed all the parts after 2006. That means you'll need an upgrade kit which is a new motor, gearbox, and control unit in order to work, and the correct part is the Motor Upgrade Kit for Kwikee Electric RV Steps # LC29VR.
