I have a 2022 Ford Edge SE and plan on installing the 1-1/4 C12140 trailer hitch receiver. I also will need a trailer hitch ball mount. My question is If my level trailer tongue lip height is 17, what ball mount with a 2 ball pre-installed should I get?

Hey Louis, thanks for that measurement! The Curt Trailer Hitch # C12140 measures 13" from the ground to the inside top of the receiver. Since your coupler is sitting at 17", you need a ball mount with a 4" rise to be level. This makes the etrailer Ball Mount # e47DR is the best option.
This ball mount has a 3-7/8" rise so it sits right where you need it, and comes pre-torqued so you don't have to worry about hitch ball installation. This also has a 350/3,500 lb tongue/towing capacity so it matches the hitch. The limiting factory will likely be the capacity of your Edge.
If you didn't order it already, you will also need the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C89FR to power your trailer's signal lights.
