The 3 7/8 rise is perfect ball just under license plate. I am very happy with all the parts and the installation job.
It is strong and sturdy and most importantly, etrailer was the only place I could find this size trailer ball mount, which was critical since using an adapter would have significantly reduced the towing capacity of my trailer hitch.
I had to replace the 2” ball with a 1 7/8” ball to fit my small utility trailer. Otherwise it is working perfectly. Happy with this purchase.
