I sure do Zach! The Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Trailer Jack w/ 2 Wheels item # ORJW750BD is going to be the best option for your 3" thick x 6" tall trailer tongue. It's designed for 2" thick trailer tongues, however we've spoken with the manufacturer before and you can use longer M8 high tensile bolts to accommodate the additional thickness.
The Ark Xtreme Off-Road Swivel Trailer Jack item # ORJW750BD is a sidewind jack with a 1,650 lbs capacity. It will provide you with 18" of lift and comes with two 8" x 2" rubber tires that can be used to move your trailer when stored.
What kind of trailer do you have?
