Need Taskmaster 5.30R12 Tire With Galvanized 5 on 4-1/2 Wheel

Updated 12/22/2025 | Published 12/19/2025

Question:

I would like to buy a Taskmaster 5.30R12 radial tire with Load C and speed M on a galvanized wheel with 5x 4.5 bolt pattern and zero offset. I would like the tire to be mounted on the galvanized wheel. Can you direct me to the proper item or items?

Hey David, sure can! We have the exact Taskmaster tire you need, plus a 5 on 4-1/2" galvanized wheel to go with it. Sadly, we do not offer this combination pre-mounted, but we can provide the tire and wheel separately. Here are the items:

- Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range C # TT53012C

- Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel - 12" x 4" Rim - 5 on 4-1/2 - Galvanized Finish # AM20134

The tire has the 81-mph speed rating. The wheel is a zero offset which is pretty much standard for trailer wheels nowadays.

What kind of trailer do you have?

Great tires. Drove 3100 miles to Alaska at high speed on them. Would only use radials tires on a trip like that. I did bias plies once and they had heavy tread wear by 2000 mile mark.

@Rb Thanks for sharing your experience! That’s a great real-world comparison, and we’re glad to hear the radials held up well on such a long trip. Safe travels and thanks again for the feedback!

RE: Taskmaster 5.30R12 radial tire with Load C and speed M on a galvanized wheel with 5x 4.5 bolt pattern and zero offset. I bought a brand new 14' Lund V hull boat with a shorelander galvanized trailer last April. Tires on the trailer were low end bias ply and were replaced immediately upon receipt of the boat with 12" Taskmaster radial tires. This last season I drove from Oregon up to BC Canada twice and back well over 1,500 miles distance on these tires and they performed excellent with minimal observed wear at freeway speeds. I would highly recommend.

@RickX Awesome thanks for sharing! Glad to hear the wheels and tires are holding up as they should. Sounds like you definitely put them to the test and they passed with flying colors. Thanks again for the feedback!
