Aloha Philipp,
Happy to get the parts need for your 2015 Porsche Macan so you can tow your Jet Ski trailer
I would go with our etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver Class III - 2" # e57AR. What I really like about out etrailer hitch is that it comes a nice matte black finish which I think gives it that OEM look.
The Reese Ball Mount w/ Pre-Torqued 2" Ball - 2" Hitch - 2" Drop - 7,500 lbs # RP26KR that you were looking at would be a great fit.
I recommend going with a locking hitch pin. One of my favorites is the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches – 3-1/2" Span, part # 63232. It not only secures your hitch but also doubles as an anti-rattle device, which helps keep things quieter while towing.
You'll also need some wiring. Jet Ski trailers typically use a 4-flat connector to control the lights. I recommend the ZCI Circuit Protected Vehicle Wiring Harness w/ 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector and Installation Kit # 119250KIT. This kit is a great option because it doesn’t require splicing into your vehicle's wiring. Instead, it uses sensor clamps that detect electrical current through the factory wires, making for a much easier and cleaner installation. For a clean looking install, make sure to grab a No-Drill Mount Bracket, Long # 18136 and a # C42CR.
Or.... We also have a full kit with everything need, hitch, wiring, receiver, and ball mount. The Stealth Hitches Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver w/ Towing Kit - Custom Fit - 2" # SH84FRT. The reason for the big price difference is because when you are not using the receiver or ball mount, they can be removed so you don't even know you have a hitch.
I attached some images and some videos for you to check out to help you make your decision.
From your name, I see that you work at Autotech Maui. You should fill out our dealer application to see if you qualify for discounted rate! I am sure you will need more parts in the future. I attached the link as well. Is that something you are interested in?
