We do have the right front anti-sway bar for your 2013 Ford E350 Super Duty cargo van, though I checked with Roadmaster and the part you mentioned is not a fit. Instead, what you will need is an anti-sway bar from Hellwig:

- Hellwig Front Anti-Sway Bar # HE26GR
