Nothing makes driving more stressful than feeling your rig sway when a semi blows past or the wind kicks up. The solid 1-3/8" diameter, 4140 chromoly steel bar ties the front suspension together to keep everything level and controlled. It minimizes side-to-side movement so the ride stays predictable through crosswinds and over uneven pavement.
When you’re constantly correcting your steering, it wears you down fast. This front sway bar keeps the body level so you can hold your line without fighting the wheel. The result is steadier tracking and less effort behind the wheel, making long days on the road feel easier and more relaxed.
This setup skips the soft rubber and goes with polyurethane bushings that resist oil, gas, and ozone. They don’t squish out or wear down quickly, which means more consistent support over time. The sway bar itself gets a corrosion-resistant silver vein hammer-tone powder coat that shrugs off scratches, while the black powder-coated brackets stay looking sharp for years.
No need to drill or modify anything. The bar reuses the existing factory end links and mounts up with the included zinc-plated hardware. The kit also comes with clear instructions and bushing lubricant, so you can bolt it in with basic tools and get back to driving with better control and stability.

It was a very worthwhile investment. I dont think a red hawk should be sold on a e450 chassis without the upgraded sway control. Makes a huge difference with trucks passing, on and off ramp lean, and general handling.

After 1 year we are still happy with the front sway bars. Recently added the rear sway bar and combination of the two had been fantastic. These upgrades are definitely recommended.
