Question:
I bought the LC379804 and installed it on my 2004 winnebago adventure 35U and when I plugged it in the steps went out, When I turned the switch off the steps went back in. With the switch off. I turned the ignition on the steps should have went in but they did not. Do you have any ideas of what is wrong?

It sounds like the circuits for the Kwikee step on your 2004 Winnebago Adventurer 35U are normally closed. The Replacement Motor with Table for Kwikee 25 Series Electric RV Steps # LC379804 does require normally open circuits. These are typically always black like those from the list below. Your circuits most likely will be white but do know that different manufacturers do not always accept the color standards so you can check your wiring to determine if they are an open or closed circuit.
