Exact replacement part, runs quieter than the original. As others have said this should come with new hardware. Ordering is quick and easy, I have ordered from etrailer for about 4 years now and never been disappointed.

I made this purchase because the main gear had stripped on my original steps (13 years old) in full time RV. Etrailer price was much less then other online sellers. Because of the cost I thought it would be a close fit, but would need modifying to make it work. FAR FROM IT...this was a perfect fit. Less than 30 minutes from removal of old to installation and operation of the new gear table.

Perfect fit. The motor nylon worm gear had stripped in my original and you really can't replace just the motor without taking down this whole module and I wasn't sure what gear had failed. You have to take this module down anyway. Would have been a real easy install if it weren't for one of the four mounting bolts breaking. That's not at all the fault of eTrailer's excellent replacement module. I agree with other's comments that new bolts, grade 5, should be provided. Cost me $2.00 at the hardware store.

The only part I ordered, and you shipped the wrong part. And then you said you would ship the correct part, but it would not have been received in time for my trip so, I had to order a complete assembly which cost three times as much just to get the one part that I need.

The product was great. Disappointed in e-trailer however. They advertised it would show up on Monday and it didn’t even ship until then. So it was 2 days late which made us have to change our travel plans.

The part was a direct replacement, but it is a high price. I usually get a detailed instruction book and there are videos for the install on Etrailer. This time there were none. It took me a while to determine this drive stops on pressure, not limit switches. So I tested operation with my drill motor battery to see if it would stop, before I plugged it in.

I gave this a 5 because it was exactly what it said it would be. However, and advice for others purchasing this. I do not understand why companies that manufacture and sell things such as this want to be cheap and not supply something as simple as replacement nuts and bolts. If you are spending this amount of money, please spend an extra nickel and give us new fasteners. I misplaced the nut that goes on this and had to make a last minute run to get another one. Personally, I prefer to put new fasteners on a new equipment piece anyway. Listen up companies!

Do you know what model or serial number steps you have? I am wondering if this is a different replacement for a different model then you have. Are you getting any power at all?

This step Motor & Gear Table # LC369529 was the exact replacement for the original. The bushing for the large gear on the new unit was a looser fit than I would have liked but the unit works great. Removed old unit and replaced with new unit in less than 20 minutes. I have purchased other items from etrailer and am pleased with their prices and service.

The United States post office didn’t do so good but that’s not their fault. They did an excellent job Parts fantastic and works great.

Perfect fit and steps work better than ever. A short set of install tips and instructions would be very helpful. This comes in the "steps in" position which makes connecting the link very difficult if not impossible. "Steps out" position aligns the link up with the gear stud and an easy connection. Also, do not tightened mounting bolts before connecting the link. A little wiggle room really helps.

You can't access the nuts which hold the motor in place without first removing the table as the nuts are hidden behind this.
