Im looking to purchase the necessary equipment to flat tow my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT 4x4. I have a list of Blue Ox BX4370 Tow Bar w/ Cover Blue Ox BX1710 Base Plate 50-97-410 Wiring Can you confirm this is what I need to set up my truck to flat tow? Additionally I will be purchasing the Blue Ox Patriot Brake with storage bag. Thanks for the assistance.

Your list looks good so far with the exception of the wiring. The Blue Ox Ascent Non-Binding Tow Bar item # BX4370 and the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit item # BX1710 will work great with your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500.
The item # 50-97-410 wiring does fit your truck but it adds a 7-Way connector to your Silverado's bed. It's useless for flat towing.
Here are the other parts you will need to flat tow your 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500:
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM-15267
Battery Disconnect - Roadmaster Battery Disconnect with Switch for Towed Vehicle - Gas item # RM-766
Supplemental Braking System - Blue Ox Patriot Radio Frequency, Portable Braking System item # BLU37TR and the Storage Bag Item # BRK2506
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
