Correct Parts to Convert Yakima HoldUp Bike Rack With a 1 1/4" Shank to a 2" Shank

I am trying to convert my older Yakima holdup bike rack from a 1 1/4inch to a 2inch shank. I ordered the 8880580 replacement shank, but the holes and the size of the new shank are not the same as my frame. Please help me with what I need to do to get this to work.
