Mike L, My son gifted me a Yakima Ridgeback, but it is missing a part. I'll try to describe what isn't there. There is a red-handled rod that when turned tightens the 2" adapter to prevent wiggle. The part that the red-handled rod is to screw into is missing. Does that make any sense.

Hi Chris, It sounds like you're needing what Yakima refers to as the 'replacement wedge assembly'. They don't sell that particular part individually, you need to get the knob you described as well. The assembly is available as part # 8880508. You can check it out by using the provided link...
