No, it doesn't but there is an etrailer one that does. It is the etrailer Hitch item # e27KR. This hitch is custom fit and bolts to your 2023 Acura MDX with included hardware. It is also a class III hitch with a 2" receiver.

I have linked an installation video below. Please note that this hitch, and the rest available for your 2023 MDX, will not allow the use of the fullsized spare tire. It only works with the smaller mini spare.

I checked with our vendor. The etrailer Hitch item # e98840 you referenced, stopped fitting the MDX's after the 2020 model year. Mazda redesigned them for the 2021 model.

If you are planning on towing you will also need a wiring harness item # C59236 and a ball mount kit item # C45534.

I also recommend using the No-Drill Mount Bracket item # 18136 and the item # C42CR to secure the 4-way connector to your hitch. This will put it in an easy to reach spot and prevent the risk of it falling onto the road.
