For my 2022 Acura MDX which hitch and 4-way kit should I get? if theres a hidden hitch that would be great thx

For your 2022 Acura MDX the Curt hitch part # C22HR would be a really great option that is mostly hidden since only the hitch opening hangs down below rear bumper, has great towing capacities, and also a very easy install. Then for trailer wiring the Tekonsha kit part # TK59VR would be the best option as it has a very reliable converter box and also installs very easily.
