Replacement Wheel Bearings For a Hayes 3,500LB Axle Under a 1999 Carson Funtime FunRunner Toy Hauler

Question:

I have a 1999 Carson Funtime FunRunner toy hauler that I need to replace the wheel bearings on. I found a tab on the axle that said it was a 3500 lb axle model # 207599 made by Hayes Axle Inc. can you tell me which bearings and/or hub to buy to get this fixed? Thank you.

Based on the information I could find it appears your Hayes axle will use the Typical 3,500LB Bearing Kit # BK2-100. You can verify this by removing the hub from your 1999 Carson Funtime FunRunner toy hauler and checking for the identification numbers stamped on the parts. It should have Inner Bearing # L68149 and Outer Bearing # L44649.

If you need a Hub/Drum # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K this includes the bearing sizes above and has a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. If you find you have a different bearing size or different hub pattern please let me know and I can help you find the correct parts.
