Looks like you have an 8k rated Hayes trailer axle hub which for that would require the part # 8-285-11 for a replacement hub.

I have the same axle numbers as above (9080590) another code possible a date code (OC26) and 12.090. The part number you have listed is 8-285-11 (4" thread size) does not appear to fit my hub as my hub is 2 3/4" thread size. My hub is also a 4"x12" and I ordered a oil cap rated for 8k axle and the threads are the right size but a finer thread and will not match the more coarse thread of my axle. I do not know what my axle is, something very old or?
