Is there a flat towing kit for a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali? I am looking for a light kit for the LED tail lights and a base plate

There are base plates and a light kit that fit your 2023 GMC Sierra 1500; the base plates are from Blue Ox and fit all models of '23 Sierra 1500, including your Denali. The correct part is the following:
- Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU35XR
Then for the light kit, LED lights don't require a particular kit, but a diode wiring kit is by far the best to protect your Sierra's electrical system, so what you'll want is the following from Roadmaster:
- Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267
