I didn't get the dust caps with my order. I called 2 time and left messages and no call back. I hate services that don't reply.
The etrailer video for installation on my GMC Canyon made the installation fairly easy, especially with the required disassembly to be able to install. High quality product and it is holding up well after over 10,000 miles of towing.
I have previously installed Roadmaster base plates on my 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500. Strong, durable, quality materials and manufacturing --- MADE IN THE USA !! The Roadmaster baseplates I am reviewing here I have purchased to install on a 2nd vehicle which we will tow. Same great product as before shipped by an outstanding, courteous, knowledgeable supplier --- ETRAILER.
Item works good. We pulled our ‘21 Canyon behind our RV on several trips and had no issues other than you need to put in a diode to the rear lights to keep them from back feeding.
The base plate arrived on time, with excellent instructions. I went slowly because my truck is only days old and still had it done in an evening.

Its been a year, and we have gone alot of miles, flat land and through the mountains. I really like the system, it was a good purchase and easy install.
