When you’re not towing, you can keep your front end looking clean with this base plate’s hidden design. The removable arms twist out easily so there’s nothing sticking out beyond the bumper. Once they’re off, plug in the receiver covers to keep dirt and debris out of the sockets and give everything a finished look.
Getting ready to tow is quick and straightforward. Each arm slides into the receiver, twists to lock, and secures with a pull pin. When you’re done, just pull the pin, rotate the arm, and remove it. It’s a fast and reliable connection that makes solo hook-ups easy at home or on the road.
This base plate bolts right to the chassis—no welding required. The sturdy steel design spreads towing force evenly across the frame to reduce stress on your suspension. The powder-coated finish helps resist rust and corrosion, giving you confidence mile after mile.
If you already have a tow bar setup, this base plate pairs directly with Blue Ox tow bars and works with Roadmaster or Demco models using the correct adapters (RM-031, RM-031-5, or DM9523041, sold separately). Integrated mounting points let you add an electrical connector bracket so your wiring stays organized and easy to reach.
This kit includes the mounting hardware you need for a secure bolt-on installation. It attaches directly to the vehicle chassis without welding or special tools. The measured layout includes 30" between brackets and a 21" bracket height so you can plan your setup accurately from start to finish.
