For your application I recommend using the Pollak Replacement 7-Pole, RV-Style Trailer Connector Socket # PK11893 on your 2015 Toyota Tacoma. This has a US Car Connector that plugs into the pigtail you show in your photos (once you're removed the broken connector) and then it can either be mounted directly to the bracket on your vehicle (see bolt pattern) or you can use the Mounting Bracket # PK12711U to fit it to the bottom of your vehicle.
