Replacement Bearing Kit Needed for EZ Loader Trailer with 2,800 lb Axle

I’m surprised ez loader trailers aren’t more standardized by spindle size. I don’t have digital calipers to measure diameter of spindle, but I believe that the weight ratio of the axle is in the model #: 3100-2800 lbs., although I’m not 100% certain. And I will verify. Do your kits come with double lipped seals? Thanks again.

What is the weight rating on your axle? I unfortunately don't have a way to see what bearings and seals your trailer uses but if you can let me know the weight rating and/or if you could measure the different dimensions of your spindle I can see if we have replacement parts that will work.

I'm sure the axle does have a standardized size - I just don't have a database to pull from to give you an answer right away. If the weight rating is 2,800 lbs then I'm guessing it uses the same bearings and seals that you'd find on a standard 3,500 lb axle with the #84 spindle type. If this is the case then we have the replacement bearing kit # BK2-100 which comes with the # L68149 inner bearing, the # L44649 outer bearing, and the 10-19 double lip seal (found as part # 58846). If this matches what you have then awesome! If not, you might need to pull a hub from the other side to verify on your end if that's at all possible. The only other alternative is to rent/buy a digital caliper or contact EZ Loader directly to get that info from them.

For the inner bearing you need #LM67048 and race #LM67010. The outer bearing is #L44649 and race #L44610. The seal is #10-42.
