Hey there the circuit board on my max air fan reversible fan model #MA00-04500K with manual lift. seems to happen way too oftne, Im going to seal this one and add a voltage regulator! send the company some feedback for sure on this fault. Anyways, is this the right part? or can I use the cheaper 58$ one non reversible fan it looks like though ty!

For your MaxxFan Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan, Thermostat, and Remote # MA00-04500K, you're going to need to use the Replacement Printed Circuit Board for MaxxAir Powered Lift RV Roof Vents w/ Reversible Fan # MA10A21275K that you mentioned.
The Replacement Printed Circuit Board and Switch for MaxxFan Roof Vents # MA10-04301k-v16 is actually designed to work with the MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MaxxFan Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00A04301K, as well as the other models 4201KW, 4251KW, or 4401KW.
