Michael: Hi there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a quick look at the replacement printed circuit boards for your Maxxair powered lift RV roof vents. As you can see, we've got two different boards here. These are the part numbers that you see on the screen there. Essentially these are exactly the same thing with one small difference between them.
If you look at the circuit board, you can see they have almost all of the same components except this large black box here. This is actually going to . allows this board to work for your Maxxair vents that are both exhaust and intake.This other one that does not have that box is only going to work with your Maxxair fans that are exhaust only. If your unit is able to bring air in as well as exhaust it out, you're going to need this one over here. If your unit is only capable of exhausting the air from inside your RV, this is the unit that you will need here.Keep those part numbers up there for you to make sure that you are getting the right one.
It's a pretty slight difference between them, but obviously it's going to have a big impact on their usability. We want to make sure that you're getting the product that you need. Just wanted to clear that up for you. Both of them are going to work with your Maxxair power. It's just that functionality difference that you need to look out for.

Very helpful getting the right part cross referencing quick shipping
The circuit board was packed in bubble wrap and an envelope. It arrived with several components bent flat. I was able to straighten them up without and connectors breaking. It actually worked. They REALY need to use a small box!
Although it took a Lil longer than normal...because of shipping problems to etrailer after shipping it to me it was here next day
First of all, we don't know if it is even going to work but by golly it better! The fact y'all mailed it to us in a flat envelope is utter shocking! A delicate $XXX part and y'all ship it in a envelope, seriously??!! A box would have protected it!! I want a call back on this. Y'all should know better! There isn't even enough bubble wrap around it to cover an apple! Wow! We are in shock!!
I ordered the circuit board because I didn’t want to replace the whole fan it was hard to find this board in Canada ordering was easy and etrailer personnel explained exactly what part I needed. Everything fitted and worked like it was supposed to. The only thing I wouldn’t give 5 stars would be is the postal service but that has nothing to do with etrailer. I would highly recommend them as I will definitely be using them again

Delivery was within a few days of order. The installation was pretty straight forward so if you think you will have a problem, fear not.There are a couple of videos on YouTube to give you a primer so check them out prior. If you want to just dive in, it is simply a matter of removing the screws and trim from inside, remove the old circuit board and related wiring and then install the new one in reverse order. All work was done from inside the RV. It took about an hour or slightly less.
FYI in my case the fan's auto opening lid was not working when the fan was turned on. I first checked the motor to the lid and it was still functioning so the circuit board was my next try. That did the trick.
All is good for now so with fingers crossed I hope it continues to operate as designed.
My application, 2020 Dynamax Force HD. It (the fan) first started acting up by requiring a reset from time to time. In that case I simply pulled the fuse to the fan to force a reset/reboot. that worked for a while.
Perfect replacement. Works like new. My old control board ran the fan continuously and would not shut off. Installed the board and works as designed.

Well after a year it’s still working perfectly. Great item.
Great customer service. The replacement board fixed the issue with the fan. Will definitely use etrailer again for my parts .

The MaxVent in our RV got a mind of its own and was not working properly, it would come on or shut off by itself, then quit working together altogether. Repair shops said they could not get a response back from the manufacturer and that everything was on back order. We found etrailer had the circuit board and the video provided to ensure we ordered the right part was very helpful. With the help of an online video, we installed circuit board in under an hour and it worked liked a charm. Easily saved us $200+ in parts and labor. We will shop etrailer.com for our future repair needs.

It is working great, no problems.
Exactly what was needed to replace malfunctioning circuit board in fan (fan would come on, open vent, turn off and shutdown in a quick sequence, never remaining on for more than 5 seconds). Fast shipping and excellent service.

Still going strong!
Delivery was quick, but that was the only positive. My problem is that the lid will not open or close via remote. My remote worked to run the fan through all 10 speeds, & auto mode worked, except the lid never opens. The new PCB from e-trailer worked to open and close the lid by remote only once, and afterward it behaved exactly as my current PCB. I contacted e-trailer about the problem, but got nothing but grief. I was told that I ordered the wrong PCB, and I would have to pay the return shipping. I disagreed calmly and explained why they were wrong, but the person at e-trailer insisted. I eventually gave up in frustration, sent the bad PCB back, and got a partial refund. I contacted Airxcell twice and on the second try they responded that e-trailer had sent me the correct PCB (10C21275KEZ, 2023.07) to replace my current PCB (10A21275KEZ, 2019.06). I contacted a local dealer on 13 July about purchasing a new PCB, but they left me hanging after I asked their price. I still have not fixed the problem

Hey Gregory. This sounds like a rough go. I have been doing some research shows me that you got the correct circuit board, especially since it worked once. This leads me to feel like something else is going on. I would check all your connections to make sure nothing may have came loose. I would also test the buttons on the fan to make sure they all work. It's a little hard without knowing the model of fan that you have. Can you send me some pictures of your vent fan?

Easy to locate replacement part. Arrived earlier than expected, installed and works perfectly!
It didn't fix my problem but it did help me troubleshoot.It appears to be the push buttons
Exact fit. Previous order for another Maxxair was incorrect model or flawed. This one is perfect! Anyone know how to make the Remote work from farther distance?

Old board was faulty. Replaced with new, works great!
Works as well as the original.
I was worried that I couldn’t find an OEM compatible replacement controller board for my RV fan. But lo and behold, etrailer had exactly what I needed. Easy install and is still working very well.
On a side note, the original one had water damage from all the moisture in the air. So this time (on the new circuit board) I conformal coated the entire circuit board to help extend the life of it.

only used the circuit board. Worked about a week then died so only the fan works and I have to raise the vent by hand just like it worked before the Circuit board wasreplaced.
I was a bit nervous because my old circuit board had fewer plug ins. There were no instructions so I took the old fan housing an I Installed the new board wire by wire as removed the old board. Works perfectly!
