What Hitch Can I Use on My 2018 Ford F-150 to Upgrade a Factory Hitch?

Question:
I have 18 F150 with the factor hitch and was thinking about swapping it to this one due to the higher rating. My main question is would this hitch cause interference with my BW tow and stow and the rear bumper when the tow and stow is in the rise configuration? This looks to be recessed under the bumper a little more than the stock hitch and I would hate.

While we do have a hitch option for your 2018 Ford F-150, you won't be able to use the Draw-Tite Ultra Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class V - 2" # DT35MR. This is because the Draw-Tite is designed for truck frames styles of F-150s that did not come with a factory hitch. After removing the factory hitch on your truck, the frame style/design is not compatible with the # DT35MR.
However, for a great alternative, I suggest the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class IV - 2" # C26HR. Since this hitch is designed to fit 2018 F-150s that came with a factory hitch, it is perfect for your truck.
As far as the compatibility of your B&W Tow and Stow ball mount, it really depends on what Tow and Stow model you have and where the hitch installs on the truck. Even though we do not know the exact place that the # C26HR installs on a 2018 Ford F-150 to calculate the clearance, we do have a photo of the hitch installed on a different year of F-150. I went ahead and attached a photo of the # C26HR installed on the truck for your perspective.
