Towing different trailers means the coupler height never seems to match your hitch. This adjustable mount gives you up to a 4" drop or 4" rise so you can dial in the perfect height for a level, stable tow every time. This mount is made from light-duty steel with a 1/4" thick channel frame and a welded 3/8" gusset plate that braces the shank for extra strength. The matte black powder coat finish resists corrosion, backed by a nickel undercoat and zinc topcoat that stand up to road grime, salt, and weather. It’s built tough enough to stay in your receiver season after season without wearing out.
The shank slides right into a 2" x 2" hitch receiver and secures with a standard pin and clip (included). Adjustment holes are 5/8" in diameter, and the total length with the ball platform installed is 13-1/2". Once pinned in place, it’s ready to go—no extra tools or parts needed to get towing.

There must have been a substitute driver on duty today because he placed the package in an unusual place. They hitch was in perfect condition, as expected. One container of the lock nuts broke open and the 2 nuts were missing. I contacted customer service and Rachel A. took care of that problem, so we are all good for this package.
Product as described
The description says two pins...the inspections sheet says 2 pins. I got 1, called and they tried selling me another and said that they all just come with one and that they just haven't changed the material to reflect this.

I am sorry you were expecting 2 pins Ritch. This one only comes with one, the replacement pins are sold in a set. I do not see anywhere on our page that it states it will come with 2 pins. Can you please respond to the email that you receive with a picture of the instructions? I would like to dig a little deeper.
The product is excellent but Emma steals the show! She displays the talent for empathizing with the customer and working through issues with aplomb. Two thumbs-up for Emma!

I'm using this to pull a 7,000 lbs trailer and it's great. It's clear it's well made and is perfect for my 2 in factory lift on my truck to pull my trailer level. Great value!
