Yes, since the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K you were looking at uses the standard bearing combination used by 3500lb axles which is # L68149 inner bearing and # L44649 outer bearing, this hub will fit your 2016 Lippert 3500lb Axle perfectly.
With that said this hub has the less common 6 on 5-1/2" bolt pattern. If that is what your current hub has this would be correct, but the majority of 3500lb axles use the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern. You can verify this by using the included help article to measure your wheels.
If you find you need the 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern we have the # 84546UC3 instead.
If you are needing new brakes to go along with the hub you will need the Electric Trailer Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA.
