Will this fit the Lippert Jack? The exact Lippert replacement part only comes in black with switches. I dont need the switches and would like white. Would this work instead?

I may have a solution for you, but we've never tested the Ram # EJ-3520-CVRW with a Lippert jack and because of the size difference of the internal components I don't believe the housings to be interchangeable.
It looks like you've got an older version of the Lippert Electric Trailer Jack with Footplate - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 3,500 lbs - Black # LC285318, which used to come in white, but that cover has been discontinued. The only available replacement cover would be the # LC285160, which as you noted does come with the switches and is black- so it's not a perfect option, but it would be the only available solution to replace the cover.
Because of the age of the jack you might consider replacing it. If you'd like to go that route the Electric Jack w/ Footplate - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 25-1/8" Lift - 3,500 lbs - White # EJ-3520-WBX would be a nice choice. This is a white jack with a 25-1/8" lift and 3,500-lbs of lifting capacity, so it's a nice replacement for your old jack and even a bit of an upgrade to the lift provided.
