Question:
Would the Hollywood RV Rider be a better or as good a rack for our e-bikes? They weigh about 45-50 lbs each. I think with the Hollywood, it is set up so as to not need to purchase additional boots and a bar for the step thru.

The Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes - 2" # S94FR is the perfect rack for both RVs and your Toyota Highlander. It has the construction that will stand against the added torque when mounted with bikes at the end of your RV. It also has a high maximum per-bike weight capacity of 70 pounds. The Fat Tire Adapter Kit for Swagman G10 and E-Spec Bike Racks # S64679 will allow you to attach fat-tire bikes.
For the step-through bike, I recommend the Swagman Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Electric, Step Through, and Cruiser Bikes # S57FR. The Bike adapter bar will allow you to have a straight plane for the ratcheting hooks on the E-Spec to secure to the frame of your step-through bike.
Below, I've also attached the dimensions for the rack when folded up and folded down. Fortunately, all of the dimensions you need are below 62 inches.
In order to attach to your vehicle, the Swagman E-Spec does require a 2-inch trailer hitch receiver. For a hitch receiver for your Toyota Highlander, I would be happy to assist you if you provide the year of the vehicle. I would also be happy to assist you in finding a hitch receiver for your RV if you provide the year/make/model of that vehicle.
