I do not have two connectors under the rear wheel well. I only have One black connector that looks like it will accept this harness, but wanted to make sure this Harness will work.

With just the one connector you referenced, the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 7-Way Trailer Connector # C56278 or the # C56306 will work well. I've attached a video that shows this installation with just the single connector to assist.
You may want the Curt Mounting Bracket for 7-Way Connector Plug # C67UR along with the Curt No-Drill Bracket # C57202 to complete your installation.
