What is the difference between part numbers C56278 and C56306 other than the price?

There is very little difference between the Curt # C56278 and the # C56306. Even the instruction manuals that they come with are identical. The only difference I noted is that the # C56278 is listed for 2011-2015 Ford Explorer, and the # C56306 is listed for 2011-2019 Ford Explorer. So the C56278 would have been the first model that Curt made, then the # C56306 cam along after. Other than that they are identical even down to the wire length and color.
