what hitch will give me the most ground clearance ? I dont want a hitch that hangs low, will only be using it for a bike rack

Do you have a 2020 Rav4 or a 2021? We don't have hitch fits for the 2021 models at this time.

The smaller 1-1/4 inch hitch size like the Curt part # C66KR would give you the best ground clearance for your 2021 Toyota RAV4 TRD. This would work great to carry a bike rack like the Hollywood Racks # HR200Z.
