The hitch with the best ground clearance that fits your 2024 Toyota RAV4 is the Curt part # C66KR but this is a 1-1/4 inch hitch. Only the hitch opening hangs below the rear bumper which allows for the better ground clearance. If you instead wanted the more popular 2 inch hitch size you would want the part # e23ZR. The only reason this hitch has slightly less ground clearance is because it is the larger hitch size.
