I am interested in purchasing a trailer hitch that has the best ground clearance for my 2022 Toyota RAV4. I do not want to have any issues when hauling around my bike rack or cargo carrier that I already own. Please advice on which one would be best for me.

The trailer hitch that is going to have the best ground clearance and that will be the most hidden for your 2022 Toyota RAV4 will be the EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver # EH97FR. The EcoHitch has a completely hidden crosstube with only the 2 inch receiver head showing. The EcoHitch when installed will have a ground clearance of 14 inches. If you ever plan on towing a trailer you will also need a trailer wiring harness as well. I recommend the Curt Vehicle Wiring Harness # C56434. I like this harness over the others because it has a more reliable converter box that will last longer than the other harnesses that we offer.
