Does Etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates Come With Attaching Pins

The photos shows no pins for the base plate connection. What hardware is included for the base plate?

The etrailer XHD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Blue Ox Base Plates # e67ZR you referenced comes with the attachment pins and lynch pins to secure it to the base plate. Sometimes the pictures on the website don't show the hardware or miscellaneous pieces that come with some products but I double checked the instructions and they are included with the tow bar.
All of the base plate kits will include the hardware to install it on the vehicle, the tow bar will come with the hardware to hook up to the base plate.
If you let me know what kind of vehicle you have I can recommend all the parts you need to safely flat tow it. I attached a copy of the instructions and a short review video of the tow bar for you to check out.
